- Develops and monitors schedules for short and long term plans.
- Monitor daily scheduled maintenance requirements.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work requirements based on the availability of manpower.
- Communicates day to day issues with the Manager, Maintenance Planning.
- Closely analyzes schedules to ensure consistency of projects.
- Ensure continuous improvement regarding job preparation and planning processes through feedback on work execution.
- Other projects assigned by Maintenance Planning Manager

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, facsimile machines and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with an expectation of occasional evening and weekend hours as job duties demand.
Required Education and Experience: 1-3 years working in an office environment, advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs. Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or relevant experience, Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, must be able to work with large amounts of data, and detail oriented.
